Since 1996, Horizon One Construction, Inc. is a full-service construction company specializing in the turn-key installation of manufactured homes in the greater Northern California Area. Our projects can range from home re-levels to the more extensive full lot development and set-up of your manufactured home.

This includes but is not limited to retro-fit foundations, septic systems, encroachments, installation and moving of home, demolitions.
